Nadia and I went to Avila Valley Barn the other day and I took some photos. I got some great shots! The filtered light under the trees was perfect. Piles of pumpkins make the perfect background. :)

Matt & Kara with their big family and all their dogs! It was great to see everyone get together for a holiday picture at Shell Beach since some of them came from quiet a distance to have this session taken. They wanted to get everyone in the shot for their Christmas cards. This was a very unique shoot since I was instructed that the client did not want varied shots, no individual shots or angles. Just a nice group shot where everyone is looking (for the most part) and that would be a nice card. Basically there was two options that looked the best out of what I got. Sometimes, simple is all you need. Mission accomplished. :) 

I had a blast hanging out with John and Jenny and their two kids in downtown SLO! Such great textures and colors in the city! Fun times!

Jason & Hannah are awesome! Had such a great time capturing this wonderful family at Madonna Mountain.

Trevor and Mary and their kids were so photogenic! Very little direction was needed for this shoot. Such wonderful people. :) Amazing lighting that day too. The beach was absolutely gorgeous.  I hope to be able to capture their family for years to come!

Matt and Julie were great! They had such a blast chasing their little one around the beach at Pismo Pier and I got my workout trying to capture him the best I could! 

Mary & Kiara, What a sweet little pair. Kiara is such a cutie pie and she absolutely loves flowers! This mini session was shot at the See Canyon Fruit Ranch in Avila. Such a beautiful location and stunning scenery. I can understand why it's such a popular spot for wedding and family photos.

Jeff & Donna and their family were a blast to hang out with! Such a lively bunch with lots of love and energy! The light was amazing that day. I was so happy that I was able to capture all the elements that make for a great shoot: Light, Love, and Laughter! :)

The Yeh Family! I love these guys! They are such a sweet family. Their son is so adorable! Such a great day on the beach too! I am so glad that I got to capture their life up to this point. I think it's so important to capture each phase of a family's journey together. It was truly a pleasure. :)

Jeff, Ashley, and their two kids Blaze, and Paige. What an awesome day we had at the beach by the Grover Beach Butterfly Groves. Blaze sure lives up to his name! He was so full of  life and Paige is such a sweetie, always ready to play. :)
